I was given an appt for the same day which was important to me because I am going out of town and needed the windshield wipers working properly. All of the service personnel were friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly and no charges due, as there was just a bolt loose. They really didn’t know how low funds I had, and could have taken advantage of the costs of repairs but didn’t. I was so happy and will be grateful forever.
