John was exceptional in patience, courtesy and explaining what was needed for my truck. He worked with my warranty carrier and facilitated a quick response from them. The things that disappointed me with the service was an over filled brake fluid reservoir, lack of filling window cleaner reservoir and stripping the coating off my right rear rim where lugs went on.

John was very very helpful in trying to resolve the problem. The only reason I wasn’t completely satisfied (I only had 2 options for answers ) didn’t have to do with him. He tried everything he knew to fix the issue im having with Apple Car play We decided I should try updating my phone and if that didn’t work, could come back and do more but for now we would save spending more money on a software update until we thought it was what would work. .
