10K service was smooth. Thank you for putting plastic over my seat. I just had wheels and tires put on my '24 Sequoia last week and I was highly upset to find multiple black grease spots on my white paint and I'm sure my black leather interior too
I wish the coffee machine was working, it was out of regular and decaf. I was hoping for a complimentary bottle of water or ice so I could get water while I waited.
I purchased my vehicle from Modern Toyota in Boone, NC and the waiting area was nicer. There was a children's area with tablets that my toddler enjoyed. He also saw fresh fruit and wanted an apple and pack of snack cookies. Nothing was complementary at TOG except the coffee that was out. I would prefer service in Boone where I purchased my vehicle if it weren't 2 hours away.
