Also Toyota was sending me texts on what was wrong with my car and it seemed like I was expected to submit work to be done without any explanation.

Servicing my vehicle was fine. I was not satisfied with the phone call I made in regards to my question about the type of oil put in my car and why my last servicing listed BK SN WTY and this service listed Bk SP WTY. Plus, I didn’t appreciate you saying that I my last service also stated BLK SP WTY when I was looking right at my last service paper ( because, FYI, I keep ALL my service papers!). I’m not stupid, and I don’t like being gaslighted. I just wanted assurance that the oil was correct, synthetic and will last the typical 10,000 miles.
