Very unsatisfying service. Came for an oil change and left paying over 11 hundred dollars . I plainly told Michael to make sure they put enough oil in my car because I have them not put but 5 quarts in my car once before. I checked it after it had plenty of time to settle before I left your parking lot and it needed more oil .My Rav 4 is a v6 and requires 6 quarts of oil per my handbook. This is not acceptable. I will not be back neither will I give this dealership a good reference
