My service was great but I have a question about a mailing address that resulted in me never receiving a check you all sent me. I would’ve spoken about it but I was out of town. Service is A1 though.

It takes way too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation; 1-1/2 to 2 hours is beyond my comprehension. We continue to be loyal customers, but I have had thoughts of trying someone different because of the excessive wait times. So far very happy with the brake job and price.
Please do something to speed up your oil change!
