The price was higher than expected. The oil and filter change was about $20 higher than what was communicated in the estimate of the service cost sent to me with the inspection report. (Cost for oil and filter charged was $82 versus estimate of $63.

I was told it’s new software program. Also the coupon I presented at the time of dropping off my vehicle was not applied.
