Not completely satisfied with the communication regarding the oil type used during oil change. Was told that there is no difference between 0W-20 and 0W-20 5C but after a little research I am still not 100% certain that is the case. Hoping it does not impact my vehicle but disappointed with the lack of transparency between the oil being used vs the quote price for GR Supra oil changes. Obviously glad it ended up being 50% cheaper but not very confident about not following the recommended type listed in the manual.

It was unfortunate that the service department tried to sell me a windshield to complete my vehicle's inspection. I have not had any problems the last 4 years with the same cracked windshield. After I left this location, I had a successful inspection within 20 minutes.

Almost completely. I was told that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At the 2 hour point I had to ask what was going on and suddenly the car was ready in 10 minutes. Send like someone forgot to inform me that the car was done.

I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, arrived at 9 and was told it would be 4 hrs. 5 hours later my car was not finished. I am a hospice chaplain and had a visit scheduled for 3 pm. My car was finally finished around 3 and I was able to make it to my visit by 3:45. Those of us who have clinical responsibilities cannot waste a full work day getting new brakes, especially when it should only take 4 hours. I'm really just about done with the service center. An oil change shouldn't take 2 hours or more. Brakes should not take 6. I'm not sure why it takes so long every time I am there, but I really have too much going on in my life to waste so much time getting regular maintenance done on my car.
