John has been great. The mechanic/mechanics have tried to send me away twice saying my car is good to go when it clearly is not. I was told to come back for a third time on Friday and have very low hopes that my car will be fixed. Please let me know what to do if they can not fix my car

The customer service was exceptional. However, a dealership is expected to have techs who are knowledgeable across the board. I understand that a 5K service has particular steps taken to initiate that service. That being said, in the event a customer has a set of aftermarket wheels that by the naked eye of the most novice tech…. Is obviously staggered, a tire rotation is out of the question. Also, if the naked eye fails you, the clear and obvious size and weight difference shouldn’t. Get the techs on board with the same level of awareness as you have customer service and your service department would be almost flawless. I do appreciate the timely correction, but it was an unnecessary correction at the end of the day.
