Tried to up sale the whole time and was not clear on amount of money, said it was 515 and 380 over phone, expecting 900 ish, came in to 1158. Charging me for shop supplies?? What supply? the paper u printed the ticket on? I got new tires and new sensors no supplies needed. Guy made sure to wait to tell me the parts for the wheel sensors were 140 instead of 70 when I show up to pay after work is done. Also even Mercedes waves the diagnostic fee!! If you get the service done that day and it’s not electrical. You guys have only given me quality service 1 time out of 4. This Toyota dealership is the worst I’ve ever been to. And I will be leaving a bad review.

Service department always does an excellent job!! Friendly and respectful
While I was waiting on my vehicle, I was sitting on a bench outside. The custodial staff sat at the same bench for a good 30 minutes and the salesman were standing around the front smoking and/ or having small talk conversations. By the way, I moved because of the smoke and the fact I felt as if I was interfering in their homes or front yards.

I was there for 2.5 hours for routine six month service and upgrading software. 2.5 hours waiting with no communication about the delay until I asked 2 hours in. Our Toyota app still shows the need for the software update. Spending that time there caused me to miss other errands I was to complete on my day off.
