Even though there was no physical signs of my car’s problem, I appreciate the issue was not taken lightly. Montreko had one of the mechanical technicians, Henry Cox, to ride along for a test drive. The test drive did not bring on the issue. From the description of my complaint with my car, Montreko and Henry were able to suggest a possible solution. After twenty -four hours later, I have not experienced the problem that brought me to the service department. Thank you!

Clay was fine very professional however the estimate I received was not . I elected to have my truck repaired at a local shop, and found the battery was the issue this is a simple repair of about $250 . The recommended repairs from Toyota of Gastonia exceeded $1700 .
