The only thing I have a complaint about is every time I come in they tell me I need a cabin filter hell I just had one 3 months ago how long do they last I understand people have cells expectations but that pisses me off

Car was in for 5K check yesterday . We had no obvious issues. Car was in service all day 7:30 - 3:30 . Today I began to hear banging around/under left front wheel. We drove back to Toyota. After a couple of hours , it was determined that several bolts had come loose on Sway bar . We are going 4 hours out of town tomorrow. Scary!
About 2 years ago we had tire alignment, service to Toyota truck . After a few miles , the wheel began to come off . Necessary to wait 2 hours on AAA tow ( You couldn’t help). Vehicles in worse condition after “service “ then before. No positive comments here. Extremely unsafe both encounters.

I would have had Toyota do the work on my vehicle if they price matched the price for a new tire. They wanted $100 more than what I paid down the road at discount tire for the same exact tire with road hazard.
