Would be nice if someone would explain my bill and what things needed to be done and why. My oil was to be changed and hope it was . Has to ask several people what everything means . My husband usually did this and since he passed trying to understand and would be helpful to talk to a person instead of a text which was hard to understand .

Appointments should always be honored first and second you charged me for an oil change that was covered us my Toyota Care package. With that being said I will not be returning there for anymore work for my car. You people have issues with doing what needs to be done correctly if the car was purchased from your lot.

I love your service but, After arranging for an appointment, I didn’t think it would take an hour to rotate my tires. I’ve gone in without an appointment and waited that long so I thought this would be quicker…it wasn’t. Other than that, I wish you would stop looking for things I should fix or replace just because the car is at 100,000 miles when they are working just fine.
