The reason for my unsatisfactory decision is due to when I arrived it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in. I sat and watched others that arrived after me get checked in and no one still came to me. I expressed this concern to Chad and while his apology was appreciated it is still a concern for me in which I wanted to address. Also, after sitting to get my car completed I noticed how fast others who arrived were checked in with urgency. My other concern is I had an issue with a tire where it looks as if I could’ve ran over something but the way it left the tire I’m not sure but I addressed this concern to Chad in regards to getting a new tire being that my car is under warranty and has tire warranty as well. His response was that being that it looks that I may have ran over something that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I had a previous experience with this and my tire was repaired with no cost to me at the station so I’m not sure what happened this time.
