I usually have a great experience with Tuscaloosa Toyota. From buying my Camry with Hunter Dennis, and all the service done at their service department. I am very happy. I did have one issue, right after i bought it. I noticed my driver's side mirror had a long crack down the middle of my mirror, a week after i bought it. I added the extra protection plan for my glass and mirrors at signing. I attempted to utilize my protection plan on the mirror the day the crack appeared but y'all denied me. The crack was not there when i got out of my car the night before, so i know, without a doubt, that it wasn't a rock or debris on the roadway. It wasn't there that night, but was the next morning at 3:30 a.m., and I don't understand why it isn't covered under my extra protection plan i bought just for my mirrors. I would greatly appreciate someone fixing it, since I've paid for that plan now over 2 years. I would've, but the mirror glass is almost 300$ out of my pocket. Yeah that's my only issue with TT. I also pay for the dents and dings protection, and need to use it soon, I've gotten some chips in my paint especially on my hood and i need it fixed. I haven't called yet, bc I'm worried it will be denied, as the mirror was. I shouldn't have that fear at all, but if i was denied once i feel like it will happen again. I'm not sure what all the extra coverages are for, of they don't pay to repair or replace my parts when needed. I have several of them, adding up to almost$100.00 extra a month, on top of my payment. If they aren't going to allow me to use them, them i would like them removed from my payment, and i feel like i should receive a full refund for all of them. It's really not right to sell something that you won't allow the customer to even use as needed. I apologize if i sound disrespectful. I honestly do not mean to come across that way at all. I am somewhat perturbed over the matter though. I've paid for my car 27 months now, and that would add up to almost 2700.00 in payments made toward the extra coverages, and to be denied even i needed to use it, that's not treating your customer right. I've talked to Many people regarding the issue, and they all agree or should be covered under that glass and mirror protection plan. I would never expect anyone to approve a ridiculous request, and i feel the circumstances warrant the use of that plan. Let me know what you think, my # is ****-****-xxxx. Thank you for your time.
