Being at Tuscaloosa Toyota today was a treat. Besides the service on our car was great. The waiting room was fantastic. It’s like an open floor with nurse's(an employee) checking on patients (you) to see if you need anything. Very caring and polite.

I had a brand new set of tires installed but when walked to my car after I was pointed in the direction to where my car was parked, I looked at my tires and they looked filthy. There was something that looked like muddy water all over 2 of the tires. As I drove away I also noticed that I had 3 different tire pressures showing on my new tires, all over inflated for what the cold pressure should be. In my service reps defense, he was at lunch so I couldn’t show him the issues. Other than these issues, it was a good experience.

My experiences have been top notch in the past. After this visit I noticed the tint across the top of my wind shield was torn with a few holes in it. I am very frustrated by this as it just seemed careless. Getting in my truck I noticed the new service reminder sticker was half way down the A pillar in my the line sight while driving. I peeled away the stick to move it to the upper lefthand corner and saw the tears in the window tint. I would appreciate it if someone contacted me concerning this

Yes I was pleased with the quick response to our service but my wife noticed on the way home that the maintenance required indicater was still on and a yellow light was coming on and off next to the ECO light intermittently she couldn’t describe the light so I give the best description I could of it .

I had an appointment for recall repair of airbag and to install 2nd key for 2 weeks. I drove 1 hour, showed up early, sit there patiently for 2 hours to be told the parts are not there. Totally Unacceptable! Terrible and disappointing experience for me. Wasted 5 hours of my day. How come it was not noted the day before no parts. Why was I not notified before coming or on arrival? It took two hours to figure that out . I sure wouldn’t have drove up and wasted my day. I still have to wait on a phone call when parts are available to reschedule the repair. Unhappy customer!
