I left my car for an oil change and tire rotation. My husband waited there. They only rotated my tires. Said I had about 2,000 miles before an oil change at 10,000. We had an appointment for both. And my husband had to wait about 2 1/2 hours just to rotate 4 tires.

I was handed over to Will by Paul. I would like to thank Paul. Will greeted me with a warm smile and was immediately on the phone with the interior guy about repairing my car. Will asked me (he did not tell me) if the time would be good for me to return. When I returned Will noticed me right away and went straight to work on my behalf. He even asked questions I didn't think k to ask. He acted as a big brother or Dad on my behalf. I am very grateful for Will. When and if I return I will request Will to get me taking care of with respectability, honesty, and integrity!
