I took my 2024 Highlander in for tire rotation and an oil change and I was there for 3 hours. I did talk to the service manger after check out and he said that they had implemented a new computer program, and that could be the reason for the wait. Jeff did not come out and give me any updates for my car, as I saw others come and go.

I told my service technician that the passenger side washer nozel (or whatever it is called)was not spraying fluid on the windshield. On my way home from picking my car up I found out is still not working…. Nothing was discussed with me as to why it was not fixed or what is wrong with it. I am very disappointed…..
