There was some miscommunication regarding having the air filter and wiper blades replaced. I will admit that it could have been on my part. I am really not sure. I thought I communicated not to replace those and when I told Mr Beck that he talked to me in a condescending manner. I told him not to get onto me in that manner. He then took $40 off the price. I think what upset me most was his tone and not so much the miscommunication. Again I admit I could have miscommunicated my wishes. Melanie Wood
