Chad was extremely helpful, personable, and informative. I had a meeting for work while I waited for my car to finish. He was so nice and thoughtful to offer me an office space for more privacy. I’m so grateful to know this place has people like Chad working for them.

I always stay with my vehicle when I have it serviced with an opointment! It normally takes around 45 min! Today it was over two hours! That's unacceptably! Also the young man running my appointment told me my cabin air filter needed changing! I informed him I myself did that a few months back! Then the young man preceded to show me a video of the engine air filter which may have been dirty but I have already paid to have this filter changed by your service department a few months ago! So either it got dirty again quickly or it wasn't done! Nevertheless,the attendant needs to know the difference between engine air and cabin air ???? needles to say I will not be back!

I picked up my vehicle for warranty repairs and was charged for the rental vehicle being told that since no parts were used the warranty would not cover the rental. I reluctantly paid for it and left the dealership. After getting to the first stoplight an error message on the dash read “start stop system unavailable” to which I returned to the dealership service bay to discuss with service writer. Vehicle was taken back to the technician and half hour later service writer advised a part eas being ordered and secured me another rental. When i inquired if this original rental would be refunded he advised he would discuss with management. When I asked why should t the original service ticket be reopened since this issue was unresolved he stated a new service ticket would have to be created. I don’t understand this but regardless this service experience left a bad taste. I hope it is made right by refunding the original rental charge. And further hope the vehicle is inspected to ensure no additional issues exist before having me pick up the vehicle.
