Chad was very prompt to call me before doing any service to the vehicle knowing it was the vehicles first at the Tuscaloosa Toyota service department. We went over what would be standard maintenance recommended by Toyota and asked what items may have or haven’t been done by the previous owner. He also let me know what future maintenance would be coming up on the next 5000 mile service.
