The actual work performed was fine no problem with the people I dealt with but I am dissatisfied with having an appointment and it getting discarded because I choose to drop it off . This is not a one time occurrence I make an appointment that works with my schedule .As a customer I would expect it to be honored. You can look at my history I have spent a good amount on multiple vehicles over the years
I hope in the future appointments will be a priority for Tuscaloosa Toyota

He made sure that I knew and understood everything that was done to my vehicle while in Tuscaloosa Toyota’s care. He explained why my battery fail the inspection test and offered remedies on how I can get it resolved. I was very pleased with the service I received at Tuscaloosa Toyota. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful, but on Feb. 3, 2025 I felt really special.
