Concerning my tires…I added air on Saturday the 14th, and I have Toyota valve stem caps but one went missing. So I put a plain one in my back right tire and I noticed that that same valve stem cap wasn’t moved. So did my tires get rotated or not?

I have always been more than satisfied with my service at Tuscaloosa Toyota but this time I was totally disappointed! I’m not one to complain but TJ was the worse service rep I’ve had. He never had contact with me after he took my keys. I had to ask someone for an update and then someone besides TJ gave me the update. Then again I had to ask for another update still never having heard from TJ. When finally got my car, there was one thing that had not been corrected. The tire indicator light had not been fixed so I had to wait another 10 minutes for that to be corrected. I had told TJ that was an item to be corrected. Like I said I’ve always been more than satisfied with Tuscaloosa Toyota so i hope this is not a recurring thing.

I had an appointment at 1:00 and it took till 2:45 to be completed. 5
There are other places that offer snacks and water while we wait. I had coffee but there wasn’t any other options. My service guy was great! I have no complaints on employees! I just would like to know how long it could take-I had appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Also, there should be places to charge a computer and work from a table. I had to move to a chair to charge laptop but it’s hard to work especially when I’m there for 2 hours. Just fee suggestions!! Price is good and employees are great! My vehicle had oil life reset in car so that was great! I love scheduling on line and rolling into bay!
