Multipoint inspection on 11/30 did not detect or identify issue with battery. The vehicle did not start on 12/5 and after jumping to start and bringing in, it was identified a new battery was needed. In addition issue with tire pressure light reviewed on 11/30 was not resolved at point of receiving car after 11/30 work complete , I was informed the light would go off after getting the car to a certain speed ; however light remained on even after todays battery replacement and was notified new TPMS sensorswere needed.

Multipoint inspection did not identify/detect weak or battery near end of life on 11/30/24. The vehicle would not crank on 12/5 and after brining car back after having to jump and start it was found the battery failed and needed to be replaced . In addition the tire pressure light remained on since 11/30, was told pressure was adjusted and light should go offf after getting the vehicle up to a speed of around 45 mph. Today the lighter remained on after told it was ready to go and after further diagnostic it was determined two of sensors were gone bad . This is not as significant as not detecting battery issue but not a good follow through
