Well I showed up early (12:30) for my 1:00 app to be fair. It was time for an oil change so I decided to come in for service. I was still there 2:45! Told them I needed to go if they haven’t started on my tundra just bring it out. He came out a few minutes later with a quote sheet saying I needed new tires for a new vehicle I just bought a few months ago?!?! However the guy whose name I forget came over to the advisor and offered a deal on some “pull offs” on a good deal but charged almost $300 extra for labor! I was just really ready to leave after being there over 5 hours with a n hour drive home. Steve Dobbs made the buying experience excellent, but I will need another dealership for the Factory Recall New Engine install that I received a letter about, but still haven’t heard anything else on the matter?!?!

Well when I bought the vehicle I got screwed over because the guy that sold it to me was acting like another couple was going to get it and it was the only one available. I realized later he was later after putting another 2k down and getting all that GaP insurance that I didn’t really need and I’m struggling to pay for. I tried taking it off to make payments lower but they said it wouldn’t make them lower it’s just decrease the overall amount total I’m paying. I wanted to buy the vehicle on my own so I didn’t let my dad come with me but I guess I should have since I was taken advantage of.
I scheduled a rental the cheapest one Corolla but when u got there they had a Camry and charged me 60.00 when it was supposed to be 35.00. I have platinum coverage and it’s supposed to cover rental. They told me it wouldn’t bc it was just scheduled maintenance. But I told them no my radio and charging system keeps going out. They said they won’t cover it until they diagnose and fix the problem. However since the radio was working the diagnostics didn’t show any issue. So they didn’t do anything to it. Any mechanic that’s good can probably figure what’s causing the issue. But bc it didn’t show anything on they didn’t try anything. I work hospice and some days I can’t listen radio. Then they call wanting me to buy windshield wipers for front at 50.00 and back ones at 40.00. I felt like yall just want money and not in the customers side at all. I felt like I need to bring my dad to every servicing so I don’t get screwed over.
Oh and no one ever called to say it was ready. I showed up at 6p and they told me I couldn’t turn rental car in bc they closed but they never mentioned when they closed or when to have it back. So the service dept said they couldn’t take it. They ended up taking it when I told them I wasn’t keeping it. Also toted around 2 backpacks and a. Lunch box and they never offered to help. It was my hospice supplies. I’ll never recommend or buy anything from there again. I ended up paying 315.00 seems like they could have at least vacuumed my seat out just to show they do care but they don’t
