remy Beck is the best service tech I've ever dealt with. I was getting a headlight bulb replaced and he saw the haze on my headlights and suggested the headlight restoration. I was amazed how good they looked and was even more amazed how bright they were tonight. Vehicle prices are a little higher at Tuscaloosa Toyota but as long as Jeremy Beck works there, I'll be a customer. Thanks

Don’t know why I pay for for 7 quarts of Oil when only requires 6.1 qts. Don’t like having to pay for a Crush washer. I have bought some from y’all to use when I change the Oil myself. Parts Dept. said would have to be ordered. I asked how the Service Dept. has them when they change my truck’s oil. No answer. I live 70 miles from Tuscaloosa. ** Another complaint that has nothing to do with Service: I bought this truck “Used” , with 49k miles, found out how to remotely start, and now has quit working. After much trial and error, seems as if the answer is I will have to pay (Renew)to use Toyota App. Seems kind of “Tricky” to me!**
