The whole experience was archaic. I drove all the way across town and left my vehicle most of the day, despite an "appointment for a brief check" so you could determine whether my vehicle had defective recalled parts, which may or may not have been in stock. The incoming tech assured me I'd be notified when my car was ready. That didn't happen until I arrived to pick it up. I had called one hour earlier to learn my car's status, left the tech a voicemail, which was never returned.
