I felt that it took to long. All I had done was my tires were rotated and a new filter was put inside the car. I was second in line when the bay doors rolled up at 7:00. I didn’t leave till approx 9:20. I feel that this is way too long for the service that was done

The service I received from the moment I drove onto your property until I drove off was great. The suggestion I would make pertains to when I made the service appointment. The woman who I reached on my initial call asked if I was calling regarding the recall that had been issued. I told her yes, that was part of the reason for my call. We then settled on a date and time for the service. However, at checkout I was told that the part needed to resolve the recall issue was not in stock, that it had just been ordered, and that I would need to return to have it installed when it became available. My comment is why was I not informed at the time of scheduling of the shortage in parts. Yes, there may not have actually been a shortage when the appointment was made but it seems like there were options that were not explored. For instance: calling me when the shortage was discovered, or telling me that the inventory was low and there may be a problem, or other possibilities you would know better than me. Overall I have been, and still am, very pleased with the service you folks provide.

I like how fast and simple the appointment is to set up. I also like the calls reminding me to set up an appointment and letting me know it’s time for one. Everyone I’ve met at the Toyota dealership in Tuscaloosa is super friendly and professional. Also, I like the comfortable recliners in the waiting area to sit in while the service is being done. They are super comfortable.
