Everything was great. Then I got the call about the car being ready and that was an odd conversation.
The advisor wanted to know my eta for pick up, coming across as if he had better places to be and things to do. I was informed at the service counter you all are open till 6, and my text message read the same thing. So I’m sorry that I was busy, I did not know I had a schedule to follow. If you want something in your system where you must pick your car up within a specific window, then that needs to be online, on the paper work, in the text messages, etc.
