Well I would not say I was completely satisfied. M. Vance said he tried to get the repairs covered by the warranty but was not able to. I don't have a reason to doubt that Mike did what he could but at the end of the day the vehicle is still consuming oil. I owned two Hyundai vehicles and my kids owned one each bringing the total Hyundai cars owned by our family to 4. I will never buy another Hyundai and I will never recommend the brand to anyone. In short Mike Vance did what he could however the extended warranty company your salesmen push so hard for the customer to buy is completely useless.

Daniel has gone above and beyond! My 2010 Genesis suffered a freak accident and I have to keep it until I’m done with medical school. This said Daniel understood what happened and active listened to the problem and gave multiple options and solutions. Was very mindful of my budget as well and gave options. Best customer service I ever had at a dealership.. and I am a mechanics daughter :)
