I bought one of my vehicle over a year ago and the passenger sun visor was broke from the day I purchased it. I have know been to the dealership several times and have always mentioned this issue. Everytime I am told the part is back order. Well, two weeks ago I was told the part was in and today for my service, I mentioned this issue again and again I was told the sun visor wasn't in and again it was not fixed. When I first bought my vehicle service was great, I even bought a second vehicle from the dealership but since then all service has downhill with the run around for this part. Unfortunately, because of this I no longer recommend my friends and family to the dealership and none want to go after I tell them about this issue.

Called last week to see if Hyundai cocould service my recall, I was told didn't have part for ABS recall that next week they will be in. Called today to see if the part was in and the lady stated yes so made appt, took my and sat there for about 45 min to hour to find out you don't have the part and I have bring my car back later. Service department should be pulling up the persons vehicle and confirming if you have the part to complete the service.
