Mike - service manager is amazing Hayden - is amazing. This guy works hard My only dissatisfaction is with Hyundai corporate. All these years I bought Hyundai - 6 (20 years) thinking the company would stand by their word and warranty. Disappointed that when it mattered, they easily washed their hands off. Hyundai engine is burning too much oil - a known problem for my tucson model. Hyundai corp warranty wanted me to give maintenance records for every oil change done from mile 1-73000. Who keeps these records??? Its a loophole to say NO to owing up to the problem. How about medical insurance Co asking to gove a list of everything you have eaten the past 5 years with a list of ingredients and reciepts of every purchase - get real !! I have lost my faith with Hyundai. I have 3 new cars to buy in 12 months. A different brand may be the way to go. When it cones to owning up and doing the right thing - only Mike and Hayden stepped up. Hyundai did not. Disappointed. If anyone reads this and cares to call - my number is on your files
