The recall was good and fast except for the fact that the download cleared everything I had saved in the Nav. all my favorites and previous destinations were gone, also it would not connect to my phone until I reinstalled it again? Very disappointed.

This was the worst service experience I've ever had. Problem not fixed, over charded for work done and the original problem was never repaired due to some lasy tech who wanted 5 extra hour to move and disconnect two wires to repair a $1 part - Flexible Steering Column Couplee part #563152K000FFF
I know it's all labor costs, but the estimate of 5 hours extra hours to move two wires was $1100.00 total
Then I got changed to trouble shoot the issue, start the repair, determine the steering column has two wires from an a stereo keeping the tech from lowering the drive shaft, then I have to pay for them to put back once I won't approve the additional changes! Over $500 for a oil change and a incomplete repair!
The service manager treated like I was asking him dumb question and I should have just paid the extra repair time!
I've bought 4 cars at this location.
Won't be back to this dealership.

My husband and I feel that we were misled through the process. We initially asked if a broken
door latch would be covered under our warranty. Kimberly told us that they were unsure we would have to go through a inspection for them to tell us if it would be covered or not and it would cost 225.00. Once the inspection was over we were told To fix our door latch, it would cost around 1600.00 for 3 laches, 600.00 for one. I expressed that I was surprised that it would not be covered under the warranty since this is a safety issue. Kimberly Said the warranty was expired. I assumed that our warranty was for the full 10 years.She said no basic warranty is 5 years and power train is 10 and then explains to me the difference between the two. So she was well aware that the lock would not be under warranty when we first asked if the latch would be covered. I don't understand why The dealership couldn't be forthcoming with this information when we first asked. If we were advised that the lock would not be covered under basic warranty We would have never agreed to have the inspection done, but we were under the assumption that our warranty was up to 10 years, so there would be a chance that it could be covered but to know now that we were far past the basic 5 year warranty leads us to believe that the dealership was not being completely honest. Because of this interaction we chose to have our second vehicle recall serviced at the anaheim location.

The service on the car was fine. It was the wait. I had a 8:00am appt and allowed 2 hours feeling that was ample time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I did mention that I needed to be out by 10:00 am and that was why I made an appointment. My car was finished at 10:30 a.m . I understand they were busy but I did have an appointment. Everybody in the department was very friendly and I have no complaints about that. I just feel if I have an appointment it should be a priority and they should be able to accommodate that in a sufficient amount of time verses the people who just walk in. I love my Tucson and Jessica was very nice and courteous.

Once again I had such a hard experience. There are many details but the high level gist is that I picked up my car in an unsafe state with no warning or notice or paperwork, had to return to the dealership only to be told I had a punctured tire that caused the problem with a proposed cost to fix, decided to fix elsewhere and had to drive there only to find out there was no puncture at all, and overall was treated like I was the one being difficult. Someone should have the integrity to admit the poor operation there and do something for the customers hassle.
