I was very disappointed with my appointment at the dealership today I made an appointment for fix the recall on my Hyundai Veloster this is the second appointment due to the fact that the second part was not available I was emailed with a notification that the part was available for installation I made the appointment when I got to the dealership Micheal did not tell me that the part was not available I went home left my car at the dealership about an hour later got a call that the part was not available.. what a waste of my day total incompetence of the staff working at Cardinal service department if they would have been honest from the beginning I would have just taken my car home when I got there!

Purchased a used car that has many issues. Car was in service department for almost 3 weeks, I was told had a second certification inspection and due to Hyundai computer system errors the recertification inspection report cannot be given to me. Since I've received my car back there are scratches all across the inside of the windshield, I am receiving a Battery Discharge Warning and found out this morning that the windshield wipers are not functioning properly.

This is my second experience with Cardinale Hyundai of Corona. Unfortunately the Service Dept. is very disorganized. I have been a client since 2021 and on that appointment I was scheduled for the earliest appointment. I was left waiting for my car, I was waiting for 5 hrs. then notified at noon that the part was not in stock. My time was wasted that day. I was very unhappy and had to reschedule to another appointment. I recently received a recall notice for my 2010 Hyundai Veracruz to replace the Antilock Brake System. I called and spoke with Aidan a very courteous young man who scheduled my appointment for 5/10/24 @ 10:30. I explained to him that I had a previous discrepancy on my prior appointment. I asked him to make sure the part was in stock. He kindly placed me on hold and checked with the Service department to tag my part. I arrived for my scheduled appointment on 5/10/24 @ 10:29 for my 10:30 appointment, I checked in with Michael Vance my service advisor to be notified 1 hr. later that my part was not in stock? I have now been rescheduled for as another appointment on 5/14/24 at 7:00 am to have my car serviced for this recall. Please look in to this problem with the service department. as it would be greatly appreciated and is needed… Thank you
