My car was never scheduled to be returned and it took quite a bit of effort on my part to finally have it brought back on Saturday, versus Monday that they were offering. It was picked up Thursday for a simple maintenance. I wrote Daniel about our dissatisfaction with what happened and he never responded. I waited before responding to this questionnaire hoping I’d hear from him. Since that did not take place, I am responding that with this service we were not completely satisfied.
