I just spent 4 grand on a new hybrid battery, with them saying everything else looked fine, and a few months later they’re telling me I need another 4 grand to fix my ABS brake system. That they probably messed up when they replaced my battery. Another 4 grand? That’s a whole other car I could have bought. This place is crazy! No thank you. 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND, and I’ll never go here again

I was happy with what they did. I am upset that we just bought the car and apparently there was no maintenance done prior to them selling it to us. They wanted to do several things to the vehicle because they did not have any evidence to when they were done. They couldn't rotate ties because there wasn't enough tread. We buy at a dealership with the trust it is thoroughly inspected before they sell it. In this case I guess they have changed their stance and pass the cost on to the next person.

Tim provided excellent customer service. My issue is with cost of parts and service. Really feel like I was gouged pretty good. Will probably not be back for routine maintenance in the future; only major service and repairs needed. Eddy’s is in business to scarf up every dime they can and then some. Suspect that since new car sales must be down due to prices being so high, that service prices are jacked up to offset the difference. Good luck with that.

You rotated my tires & didn’t inform me how you moved the tires. You always let me know what needs to be done and you didn’t. You said that it was because I have other stuff done else where. If you weren’t so expensive, I would do it there!
