Randy did a great job. Our service order wasn’t transmitted to him. A part needed to be ordered for a recall repair so the scheduler said they would call us back when the part was in and the full service order would then be scheduled. When I came for the scheduled service, only the recall was on the service order, but not the other items. Randy was able to add them on. It didn’t turn out to be a problem but I think the service order should have been accurately transmitted.

Tamara was fantastic! Very helpful. But I spent almost 3 hours waiting to get a key made because there was no one available to authorize the key. I set the apt up well in advance so didn’t think it would be a problem. Just a big chunk of my time and day wasted. But again, Tamara was awesome and understanding as well. Just not sure why the necessary people were not on site to do a simple job. Very mixed thoughts on my first experience at Toyota.
