Tamra's service was fine. There was no fault there. However, the techs didn't communicate the wiring harness (2024 vs. 2025) issue with her until I after I arrived to collect my vehicle. Had that been fully communicated sooner, I could've given the go ahead to wait until a 2025 wiring harness was available.

My maintenance inspection recommended an air filter change but the work was not performed. I didn’t look at the paperwork until I was home. No one told me it was recommended…just mentioned the tires were showing some wear so thought that was all that was found,
