I have got my scheduled maintenance done at Toyota since it was new. 50,000 miles later I think I need to look elsewhere. I scheduled my oil change and specifically told them that my TPMS needed to be calibrated as I rotated the tires. At the end of my service today the service advisor said they reset the TPMS button and it should work after I put several miles on it. I told her I already reset that myself and the system needed to be calibrated since the tires had been rotated. She told me they were too busy to look into it today. I have a 1 1/2 hour round trip to get to your dealership that’s why I scheduled it with my oil change. It will take me a few minutes longer to go to LaCrosse but hopefully they will be better at customer service. Incidentally last year when I rotated the tires they recalibrated the system at no charge. It was very clear to me that your service advisor does not understand the TPMS reset and calibration functions. $82 for an oil change and inspection is expensive but have been willing to pay more as I thought I was getting experienced people with specific knowledge on Toyotas.
