When we got there, we found out that we needed to order the extra key we have been waiting for and that I have called on numerous times. I will now have to make another two hour round trip just to get my key that could have been here. I purchased my truck brand new, I shouldn’t have to be the one to fulfill something as simple as the key. That should be automatic through the dealership. We have started looking for a four runner and plan to buy that within the next year but after the constant headache around this trucks service fulfillment and delays in everything, I do think we might end up going through another dealership. We have had chevys prior to this and I will say the service we got from Osseo was hands down way better than the experience we have had with this vehicle. It’s very disappointing when you spend this kind of money on something.
