First I was told that it would be a hour to do an oil change and tire rotation . A hour and a half later I asked the girl at the desk if it was done and she would check into it.I went back to the waiting room and 10 minutes later she came and informed me that yes it was done and that because of lunch hour things get mixed up. I sat an extra half an hour because the staff was on lunch .secondly I asked that when they rotate the tires and wheels if the could be careful to not scratch the wheels and they ended up getting scratched., if your service department is short staffed and it will take longer and my wheels may get scratched maybe you could let me know ahead. What’s up with service department ?

Odd that the oil wasn't changed. I understand not being able to rotate the tires because of rust, but shouldn't need to lift to do a simple oil change. Disappointed that I wasted a Friday night out of town for nothing.

Picking up the vehicle was very troublesome, asked who tech was, not knowing exactly had to play guest game. The supposed tech was on lunch , which seemed troubling to other techs. This all is immaterial to picking up vehicle..
My suggestion is ask customers name , and if so important then transfer to appropriate tech. A simple pickup seems very cumbersome and not customer oriented.

Because I store my vehicle during the winter, I need to hook up a battery tender to protect the battery during the cold months. I asked to have someone show me how to hook it up, intending to take a photo so I could be confident I was doing it correctly. That did not happen. Instead I got a hand written sticky note that stated “red to positive, black to negative”. I was disappointed by the level of customer service. I’m 73, this is my first hybrid, I don’t want to ruin the battery and this was not helpful.
