After checking in with someone taking place of Kylie (I believe her name is) He directed me to Wait in the waiting room. He didn’t Offer me Shuttle Services or amenities available in the waiting room. Failed to tell me how long the service would be and what exactly they would be doing to my vehicle. just rushed me out the door because he was filling in for Kylie since she wasn’t available. Since it was around 1 o’clock, and I traveled an hour to get to the appointment from Greenwood Wisconsin, I was hungry and had not had a chance to stop to eat lunch. I had to ask if there was a shuttle service that could get a bite to eat. Did not know how they would contact me other than he’ll find me. Previously in other Toyota dealerships, they text me everything that they’re doing to my vehicle as well as offering me services such as shuttle, and if I needed any help that I could text or call a number which I did not receive from this particular dealership. I had to ask the gentleman how long it would be for the shuttle as well as if I could go out to the sale lot to take a look at vehicles. I passed through the showroom and there were four or five salesman that I walked past. None of them greeted me nor asked me if I needed any help.. It was very clear that I was not welcomed and treated, as though I couldn’t be a potential customer. Over the past year, I had worked with Heather. she was very professional and tentative as well as followed up with me on vehicles that I was interested in. No one came out to talk to me when I was in the lot. It was around 1:30 in the afternoon.. I looked at several trucks intensely and no one came out to ask me if I needed help. I received a text finally which I wasn’t aware was gonna happen about the shuttle. I went in through the service garage to get into the vehicle as it was about to leave without me.. The driver was going to drop me off at Walmart and I thought he was bringing the other passenger there and he said don’t you wanna go to Walmart and I said no I told the gentleman that I was going to get something to eat and he said Culver’s was the closest , then he said he didn’t know that and that he had to drop the other customer off at the airport and that he didn’t know when he was gonna be back as if I couldn’t get a ride back and that if I was going to get a ride back that I needed to hurry up and be ready when he came back. not an issue but The way he explained it seemed a little unprofessional. When I returned, I went back outside to look at the lot and then I reentered the building as I did before I decided to take a seat in The garage with the service door upon which I entered in the very beginning. I sat there, figuring I might see the my vehicle easier and have no chance of missing it. Two employees were at the podium near the entrance talking amongst themselves after a minute or so they decided to ask me if I needed help, and I had already entered the building twice in that area. They seemed almost panicked like I shouldn’t be there. I told them I’m waiting for my vehicle. I said it would be ready by two, They didn’t seem to put much effort into finding out what was going on with my vehicle, dropped Service with me when another client came in, even though there was two of them to help both of us customers. They only salesman that helped me the second time I went out to look in the lot showed up and he was the gentleman that signed me in because the person that was supposed to check me in wasn’t available. My vehicle was sitting there in the lot and there were two ladies at the reception desk that said they can’t help me that I have to be helped by Kylie the sales clerk with her own office. The gentleman said he couldn’t help me. All I had to do was pay.. The lady Kylie I’m not sure if that’s her name, had me wait extra 10 minutes or so so by this time it was like 20 after two almost. She was the same lady that was rude to me. The last time I was in.. I realized after talking to her, I felt like she was intentionally making me wait. I Was upset the last visit because I asked specifically to be text to confirm my appointment as a reminder, but apparently she didn’t have my correct phone number in. When I originally made that appointment the last visit, I asked her to repeat my phone number twice, but unfortunately, she plugged in the wrong number so I ended up being late for my appointment the last visit so I was unhappy about being late because it was important I got the oil changed because I was leaving for a long 2000 mile trip. your prices on used Vehicles are more than they really should be.. I’ve been to several dealerships in Wisconsin as well as in Arizona and I have been comparing prices with your vehicles in the last few months and you seem to have yours set quite high. Seven year vehicle with 58,000 miles on it for $27,000 Is kind of ridiculous considering the vehicle wasn’t $27,000 with no miles on it seven years ago. I wanted to buy a vehicle paying in full cash if someone could’ve given me a better price on a seven year old vehicle. I guess I will look for a different dealership to work with after this. I just thought I’d let whomever know what I thought of the customer service as well as your prices To help you with your future future endeavors. I’ve always been treated really nicely at Toyota dealerships, but I felt very unwelcome With the body language/lack of communication from your service reps and the minimal effort to help me. I worked in customer service for 30 years. Customer service is number one No matter whether you like the customer or not, should always treat them respectfully and with the best customer service possible. I always treated my customers like a guest in my house and honestly that’s gonna get you more returns And sales and business generally speaking. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

When I checked in I was told "it will be awhile. We are busy". While I understand that. I had a scheduled time slot. It took an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I can go to Grease Monkey and be done in 20 minutes. Usually I am patient, but I almost missed a 4pm appointment due to a 2pm oil change. This is not acceptable to me. I feel like I was inconvenienced because the service department was over-booked. While the waiting facilities are comfortable, I will not be receiving services here once my Toyota care is complete.
