Alexa was friendly and wonderful. I not happy that an oil change and inspection that in the past was a 45 to 60 minute visit was a 2 hour wait today. I recieved no updates or apology until I met with Alexa. I travel an hour to use your service and was not planning on losing an extra hour out of my day. Listening to another customer use his speaker phone for multiple calls was totally annoying.
This was my worst visit ever and I've purchased 3 cars from Markwart.

I showed up early 7:40 for an 8am appointment. **** (spelling?) greeted me warmly as she always does and said my service advisor wasn’t quite here yet but she’d ask someone else to help me. She sat me outside of Tamara’s office while she went and kindly asked her to help me. At that point Tamara completely and unprofessionally lit into her for asking her to help me stating you wouldn’t ask anyone else to this and you need to never do this to me again. I was so embarrassed and taken aback by the interaction. No one deserves to be treated that way. She was simply trying to help a customer and do her job. I did tell the other service advisor that checked me in how upset and uncomfortable this made me and he said he would make someone aware. I’m submitting this to you in case that did not occur. You are going to lose a good kind welcoming employee if that is the work environment she has to be in and that would be a loss for you. I’m happy to discuss further if needed. ****-****-xxxx
