All my concerns weren't appropriately taken into consideration and commununicated to me. I had to repeat myself my concerns about my vehicle. I would appreciate a staff who would be able to do so.

After waiting an hour while my car was being serviced, I realized it wasn't going to be ready in the time frame they had said. I needed to get to another appointment, and was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge. I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment, but all was well. Friendly and courteous!

When I got home I fully looked at the invoice for the work completed and was shocked to see I was charged an hour of shop labor to verify if my battery was functioning at a level it should. Where I normally get my oil changed they offer this service free of charge in the winter. This is on me for not looking at the invoice closer prior to signing, but when I request this service I should have been made aware that I would be charged the shop rate for the test. Had I known, I most definitely would not have had it done at the dealership.

Markquart Toyota changed the differential fluid in my truck late last November. About a month ago I noticed a little oil leaking from the front differential area. It turns out that the breather hose wasn’t connected to the differential. While Markquart Toyota took care of the issue without charge, I’m frustrated that the fluid change wasn’t completed with the hose attached. I’m wondering if moisture or contamination got into the differential.
