The customer complaint isn't even correct. The last time I brought it in I explained in detail to at least two different people. But no one "had time" even though I had booked a multi point with my oil change. My elderly father convinced me to give you another chance and he brought it in. This is the SECOND time you've tried to sell me a battery. It's NOT the battery.
Symptoms:
-Reduced power
-One time unable to start car when it was in park. Moving it to neutral then back to park was able to trigger ignition.
-Battery drainage - Have gone through at least 3 batteries.
Had mouse in engine under plastic encasement – might have chewed a wire causing a short?
OBD-II Codes:

p0705
Initial diagnosis: transmission range sensor (TRS) circuit malfunction because of symptoms.
1/4/24
c1241
This DTC is set when the voltage supplied to terminal IG1 is outside the DTC detection threshold, due to abnormalities of the battery, power source circuits or charging circuits such as the alternator circuit. The fail-safe function is canceled when the voltage to terminal IG1 returns to normal.
The C1241 is pointing a low voltage in the system. This can be the case of a weak battery, a failing alternator, or an internal problem with the Traction Control System Control Module (aka Skid ECU).
b1650
When the center airbag sensor receives signals from the occupant classification ECU, it determines whether or not the front passenger airbag, front-seat side airbag RH, and seat belt pre-tensioner RH should be operated. DTC B1650/32 is set when a malfunction is detected in the occupant classification system circuit.

p0705
The P0705 error code in a Lexus indicates a transmission range sensor (TRS) circuit malfunction. This can happen when the powertrain control module (PCM) doesn't receive a signal from the TRS or doesn't recognize it. For example, the speed sensor might detect movement while the TRS doesn't recognize the vehicle in the drive.
Internal sensors are sealed in your transmission. This requires a complete removal and draining of your transmission. Check for a bad O-ring seal on internal TRS sensors. O-rings and casing issues are the most common problems. Repair or replace your sensor. Then, you’ll need to replace your transmission.
external TRS repairs are much more convenient. Shift your transmission to neutral, block the wheels, apply the parking brake, and find the transmission shift linkage. Carefully remove the electrical connector from your TRS sensor and inspect it for any corrosion or damaged pins.
Inspect the wiring harness and sensor for any signs of damage.

My service advisor was knowledgeable and professional. As was the service tech who worked on my Tacoma. I could not be happier. The gold standard of service IMHO. I'll definitely be back and recommend Marquart Toyota to my friends.

No one needs to contact me. My only complaint is that I checked in today at 9:19am for my 9:30am oil/tire rotation appointment and didn’t get done until 10:51am. My service person commented on it as well and I shared that the last time I came in for an oil change it was a similar situation and it’s frustrating. Over the past 6 years this has not been the trend so I’m
hopeful it’s not an issue moving forward. :)

Randy was unfriendly, arrogant, talked down to my wife. Made her feel like a fool for even being there to have the vehicle serviced.
This will be the only time we will deal that person.

Noticed smudges inside of my car. Technician should be more careful when they are coming inside the carwith their dirty hands.
