I have been coming to this location for many years. This was the first time I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment on my chosen day. The waiting rooms were very busy, which leads me to believe the dealership is crowding appointments together, perhaps to not be open for service on one or more days per week.

They messed with the settings on my seat, moved stuff on my passenger seat to the floor caving in my lunch bucket top. It would be nice if they could put everything back how they found it. This isn’t the first time.

I'm accustomed to excellent service at markquart. This experience did not live up to that expectation. I had called to arrange for a replacement key fob. During that call, it was suggested to perform a recall repair at the same time. At the end of that call I talked with the parts department about ordering the key fob. When I arrived for the appointment the work order was for the recall. The key fob was not part of the order. After a time. It was verified that the fob was in stock and that work would be done. I left the dealership while the work was to be done. After some time I was informed that the parts for the recall were not in stock and only the fob would be done. It seems that coordination of this appointment did not go well.

Communication was very poor. It would take me calling to get an update after over a week at a time. Parts were ordered wrong/not ordered. While waiting for parts my other concerns were not addressed causing another 2 weeks of my truck being in the shop. I was happy that the tech did a very good job and completed it in a timely fashion once they finally got the right parts.
