It would be nice to know in advance that a oil change would take 1 and 1/2 hours to complete.

I love the new system. It makes everything so much easier. I was able to reschedule my appointment, see the paperwork, and pay over my phone.

I’m sure this will sound completely irrational or unbelievable but after making my first stop leaving the dealership I could not find my car fob which was left in the cup holder of the center console. My husband and I checked all obvious places to no avail. I called the service dept and asked if the could check with the person that worked on my car to find out where there were put. I was told they wouldn’t know who that was. But could come back to the dealership to have someone help to look. That was not an option at that point. Later my husband found the keys — under the passenger seat, WAY under tucked in a ‘pocket area’ by what I assume is part of the seat motor. Also, when we got in the car the passenger seat was laying flat back, which we thought was odd. We really don’t see how the keys could have gotten there without specifically be put there. Why would they be removed from the cup holder in the first place? Why was the seat all jacked up?
Why did we have to spend literally two hours trying to find the damn keys??? We had both checked under both seats a couple of times before finally locating them in the weird location they were in.
