Kaylee was wonderful, but I had asked the person checking my car for dings in the bay that I would live a car wash..her response absolutely no problem. When I mentioned this to Kaylee when signing for my car to have its 5k oil change/rotation (it’s FIRST one) her response was ‘we can definitely take care of that’. My car was done in 30 minutes (AWESOME) I went out to get into it and go home, only to see it had not been washed. Then I felt like I was being second guessed as it took THREE people to walk around my car to point out areas. (Kaylee, the girl in the bay, and the guy who drives people around). So why doesn’t Markquart wash vehicles anymore, it used to be that that was part of the service? My vehicle is a 2024 Venza purchased from y’all.
