Jack has been the best advisor I’ve ever had with Toyota. All my vehicles are Toyota and every time I get Jack, the customer service has been outstanding! I’ve started requesting for Jack every time I call to make an appointment. Jack is very personable and overall amazing with communication and keeping me informed. I hope he’s with Toyota for a very long time!

The actual maintence plan performed was fine. But initially I was asked if any issues. I told them the key has problem getting into ignition and you have to Jimmy jam it to get it in. I suggested they buff or smooth out the sharp edges of key so it would slide in easier. She said she would have them look at it.
When I picked up car I asked about key and another person kmew nothing about it and I'd have to talk to my service advisor (Kaylee) who was in training and I could wait for the training to end to talk to her. I wasn't about to wait for who knows how long. The person then said she'd have Kaylee call me about it. I've heard nothing and still have the problem. Minor, but it is an issue that is likely to get worse.

My service representative had a big “dip” in his lip while I was trying to talk to him. . (Seemed very unprofessional to me.)
I seem to have what may be an oil leak around my engine but the representative was not even going to mention it to me until I said the tech has sent a photo in the report. He continued to state it was “no big deal” and that this is a common issue to me even though the tech had no idea where it was coming from. It was as though I was just being ushered through with no regard to my concerns. The representative did not seem to care until he saw that I was upset with the fact that he was so dismissive of the issue. The techs did a very thorough job but the representative did not seem to care about anything I was concerned about and stated that “that was the difficult part of his job”. I would choose to not work with the same representative in the future and hope that the others have a bit more concern for the customers and their vehicles.

Tamra was very helpful and very forthcoming. We were told last time that we would probably be due for rear brakes and we told her that. She checked and found out that that wasn’t necessary at this time. We’re sure that other Toyota dealers would’ve fixed it anyway. Thank you Tamra.
