Kaylee is great and very kind. I'm used to going to lube and wash where they tell me what my car needs versus asking me what I want. That's confusing to me and I'm never sure if I'm missing something important. Also, it's not great to have to return for certain services that the lube and wash would do on the spot.

I came into get my oil changed today and all was well until I noticed that my house keys were not in my car. I called the dealership and after being on hold for quite sometime I found that keys were taken out of my vehicle and never put back. Which means I had to drive back to Chippewa from Eau Claire to get my keys. When I arrived back the the ladies at the service counter where still talking about everything non- work related that I had to listen to while I was waiting for my oil chang. Additionally, win I came in that thought this was no big deal which in normal circumstances ot probably isn’t, but I on crutches so searching for my keys, getting in and out of the car multiple times is somewhat have a production. While this was a very poor experience overall, I would like to thank Jim (I think that was his name) as he was the only one who truly showed any empathy or concern when I came back the second time. I know I was probably the talk of your service desk for a bit, but I would ask your employees to remember to “be kind, always , everyone is battling something you know nothing about.”
The only other feedback that I would have, is that customers can hear all of the non work-related conversations that are happening (plans for the weekend, etc) at the service desk which portrays a very unprofessional environment.
